The company clearly does the research, from checking url, trademarks, to analysis of your target market with the product insight as well. The list of options and the rational and presentation for each was well thought out and logical. Once we came up with the final name, the Rabbiter then developed many prototype logos for the product. When I needed some last minute tweeking the freelancer stayed the course with me with constant communication. The company is readily available and has strategies for problem solving. When I had challenges on my end (my limitations) the company came up with options and walked me through it. They were patient with me and went the extra mile. Everyone that saw the logo from Doctor, to newspaper person etc. loved it. It also lends itself beautifully for a webpage. I will use again and again. I recommend you do so as well.
